Inclusions

• Accommodations in our hotels and on board Clipper Odyssey as outlined in the itinerary; all onboard meals; all group meals on land; group transfers; services of the expedition staff, including lectures, briefings, slide/film shows; all group activities and excursions; landing and port fees; $50,000 of emergency sickness/accident medical expenses and $75,000 in evacuation insurance; all gratuities. Pre-extension includes all of the above, and domestic air fare within India.

Exclusions

• All air transportation; excess baggage charges; airport arrival and departure taxes; transfers for independent arrivals and departures; passport and/or visa fees; accident/baggage/ cancellation insurance; items of a personal nature such as laundry, bar charges, alcoholic beverages, e-mail/Internet/fax/telephone charges; scuba diving fees and equipment when required.

Know Before You Go

For most activities, a moderate level of exertion is required. Our time in the Maldives focuses on the underwater realm and you will need to be able to climb into anchored Zodiacs and tenders for snorkel or dive activities. You must be able to walk one to three miles along uneven and sometimes rough terrain. Some stairs may be uneven and without handrails. This region experiences high humidity with average daily temperatures that typically range in the upper 70s°F to low 90s°F during December.
